Why are prices not shown on the page?
We send pricing in our reply to your application — within 24 hours. This lets us tailor pricing to context (group rates, active-client preferred pricing, enterprise scope) instead of forcing a single rack rate that does not fit every situation. If you need a range before applying, write info@plexl.ai and we will reply with one.
What background do I need?
Depends on the format. Webinar and Masterclass are open to anyone — operators, marketers, engineers, executives. The Operator Subscription is for people with operational responsibility (data ops, COO, VP ops, Fractional CTO). Enterprise is custom-scoped to your team's starting point.
Will sessions be recorded?
Webinar: yes, recording delivered to all registrants within 24 hours of the live session. Masterclass: limited recording of the lecture portions, no recording of hands-on labs (intentional — that part is for the room). Subscription: full library access including all past cohort recordings.
Can a team apply together?
Yes. For Masterclass and Webinar, two attendees from the same company often co-deploy on the same use case in the room — works well. For Subscription, multiple seats from the same fund get preferred per-seat pricing. For Enterprise, multi-seat is the default.
Is this only for alternative asset managers?
The Operator Subscription and Foundations curriculum are built around alternative asset operations (hedge funds, PE, family offices). Masterclass, Webinar, and Enterprise are open to any team — Claude Code, agents, marketing workflows, operations automation apply across industries.
What is the refund policy?
Masterclass and Webinar: 100% refund if withdrawn 10+ days before the session, 50% refund 6–9 days before, no refund within 5 days. Subscription: cancel any time at end of current billing period. Enterprise: terms set in the engagement letter.
